We practice sustainability and ethical fashion. All our products are made from responsibly sourced materials, and we uphold fair labor conditions across our supply chain. By consuming with us, you empower conscious consumption.

We strive to be as accurate as possible in our product descriptions and photographs. Since we work with natural and recycled materials, there could be slight variation in texture, colour, or finish. We embrace these unique differences as they add to the individuality and charm of each product.

All prices are in USD and are inclusive of applicable taxes if not stated otherwise.
Payment is due at the time of order. We accept Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, UnionPay, and SCT.
Orders are conditional on confirmation and availability.

Delivery times are approximate and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays resulting from customs or third-party carriers.
For international orders, duties and customs tax may be payable and are the responsibility of the customer.

We do not accept returns and exchanges unless the item is defective. In case of a defective item, we must be contacted within 3 days of delivery, provided items are unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

A defective item is defined as one with a clear manufacturing fault, such as:

• A hole or rip in the fabric (not caused by customer use )
• A broken zipper or button at the time of delivery
• Noticeable stains or discoloration not disclosed in the product description
• Mislabelled sizing (e.g. marked as medium but measures as extra-small)

Minor variations in color, texture, or stitching due to the use of natural or recycled materials are not considered defects.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the store constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Applicable Law

This site is governed by the laws of Nepal. Use of this site requires that you submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Nepal regarding any dispute relating to this site.
