Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns and exchanges unless the item is defective. In case of a defective item, we must be contacted within 3 days of delivery, provided items are unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
A defective item is defined as one with a clear manufacturing fault, such as:

- A broken zipper or button at the time of delivery
- Noticeable stains or discoloration not disclosed in the product description
